Tankworld Arena server beta

The first version of the multiplayer server is released.

You can play Tankworld with the multiplayer server which allows
you to play a game over a local network with lots of other players.

While testing the multiplayer pages I found
a level build by microbo which works great!

The server is experimental, it does not require WebSockets.
When the server is finished you can play multiplayer games whithout
setting up your own server, I think it will take a few more weeks...

The current version of the server is build
with NodeJS v0.2.6. First thing to do... upgade.
